What luggage can I take?

As long as you advise us in advance, when you make the booking, we can make the necessary arrangements.

You are allowed to bring one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
If you need to bring extra or special luggage (bicycle or something bulky) please contact us to check availability.

How do I locate my driver and transfer vehicle?

Don’t worry, a 24-hour emergency number is available.

When you make your reservation you provide us with your flight number, so we will know at all times if your flight is delayed.

Will my private transfer drop me at the door of my accommodation?

Yes, as long as there is no physical reason why the vehicle cannot reach the property
(for example it is in the middle of a pedestrian street). In this case you will be taken to the nearest accessible point. 

What do I do if my flight is delayed?

There is  no need to worry, as flights are tracked in case of delays and cancellations.

At the time of booking you must indicate the flight number of your arrival. So your transportation is available in case of a flight delay.

Can you eat, drink or smoke on the bus?

Out of respect for other passengers who have booked a shuttle service we ask that you do not smoke, eat or drink while on our buses.

How many people can we go in the bus?

From 1 to a maximum of 54 per bus. Depending on the number of people in your party, we will send you a bus or a minibus.

If you’re more than 54, don’t worry, no problem, we’ll send more vehicles.

Is it safe to pay online?

Of course! We work with PayPal – one of the most reliable and secure platforms to pay/collect online.
All your credit card details are completely secure, we do not store any bank details in our database.

 Are there any other hidden charges or supplements payable?

The price you see, on our price quotation, is the price you pay.
